As Associate Design Director on Mailchimp’s in-house Lifecycle Marketing group within Wink, I led the design direction for high-impact marketing campaigns that reached millions of users weekly. I partnered closely with designers, writers, strategists, and lifecycle marketers to develop visually compelling assets across email, web, and digital channels—elevating brand consistency, clarity, and engagement. My role combined hands-on design with creative leadership, helping scale our new email design system and shape campaigns that reflected Mailchimp’s bold, expressive brand voice.
