When I joined Sailthru, all design work was outsourced. Initially hired as a contractor, I quickly demonstrated my value as a brand-focused strategic partner and user experience advocate—earning a full-time role within two months, a promotion within six months, and leadership of a growing in-house team of three designers within my first year.
I led a full-scale brand and website redesign that elevated Sailthru’s market presence—driving stronger brand equity, improving lead quality, and increasing conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
Beyond the website, I developed a scalable, modular brand system that enhanced marketing effectiveness and provided a foundation for consistency across web, email, social, and event channels. This comprehensive system secured executive confidence and investment, supporting the expansion of the internal design function.
